The Hen House

You think we're joking? Well think again. By Spring 2005, this will be the best appointed hen house, and probably the smallest self-catering cottage in the UK .

W hen the planning application went through the local council for this B-listed architectural Arts and Crafts gem, the local newspaper ran a story along the lines of ‘Come and get laid in laird's hen house.' We weren't entirely cock-a-hoop with that but you can't make an omelette without cracking a few eggs. We look forward to offering you the opportunity to come and roost here before too long.
